Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies but we try and send any item within 2-3 business days max.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs

Returns and exchanges

We'll gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Post items back to us ithin 30 days of delivery.

we prefer not to exchange earrings that have been tried on due to hygiene reasons.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
